My experience working with Sarah at Re-Imaged could not have been better. From the first day I walked into her shop, I felt very comfortable and as a customer, getting as much help and advice as I wanted, but was never felt like I was being pressured into anything. Sarah was always prompt at finding answer for me if it was something out of the ordinary, and always followed up with any updates, such as ordering the flooring and getting her personnel scheduled for installation. We had a flaw in our area rug, and she followed thru with getting a replacement for us.
