VENDOR Information:
Ø Booth space will be first come, first serve basis as long as space is available. A map of Main Street with available booth space will be maintained at Colville Chamber, 986 S. Main St, STE B Colville, WA 509-684-5973 and posted on the website.
Ø Booth space will measure approximately 10 feet by 10 feet but must allow customers to pass through. The fee for booth space will be $30.00. Booths with canopies are allowed and encouraged! 10ft x 10ft canopy will fit a space.
Ø Heritage Court has umbrella's for shade. We suggest you bring sunscreen, water and a canopy.
Ø Food booths are responsible for all necessary health permits.
Ø Very little electric connection is available. There is electricity at some locations along Main Street but you will need extension cords and surge protectors/extra sockets. All electric requirements must be arranged before the event. Any cords that extend into traffic areas will need to be covered with tape to avoid participants from tripping. Vendors will stay inside marked booth space.
Ø Set up will be Thursday, July 17th prior to 10am. Tear down will begin immediately following the sale at 3pm on Saturday. After unloading, all vendors will park off Main Street. Parking in front of any retail store is strictly prohibited as parking needs to be available for customers!
